What is the Pulse Oximeter?
The Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is intended to measure functional arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate of adult patients.

Anemia, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, sleep apnea syndrome; middle-aged and elderly; school students; pregnant women; white-collar workers; anaerobic exercise crowd and in the plateau area, underground workers are high risk of hypoxia, COVID-19.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for the product?

A: It takes 3~5 days to get the sample shipped and 10~15 working days for mass production for the order.

A: Low MOQ depends on different models. Sample Demo unit is at least 150 PCS.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5~7 days to arrive. Shipping by Air or by Sea is optional.

Q5. How to place an order for the product?

A: Firstly let us know your needs or quantity Secondly we will quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customers confirm the samples and pay the deposit for formal order.Fourthly we arrange the mass production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1-year warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.Secondly, within the guarantee period, we will replace new ones for small quantity. If a batch of product is defective, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to real situation.
